Train The Trainer Courses

I was really surprised at the quality of the course. My tutor was excellent. She was very open and interactive and I learned so much about myself and where I want to take the knowledge I have gained in the course. The strengths of the course were the Tutor and also the dynamics of the group. The course material was very well laid out and easily accessible. I really enjoyed the last day and presenting the skills demonstration and took away so much from that session. I have more confidence now and feel I can do so much more with the teams I will have on my own training sessions.

This course covers all of the aspects and elements that are essential and important to delivering effective and engaging training. I really enjoyed it and even though I have considerable presentation experience, I learned new information and ideas to improve my training delivery. The facilitator for this course is knowledgeable and very engaging! Thanks so much for the opportunity to participate!

Absolutely brilliant. My Impression regarding this course is absolutely positive. The course was well structured and well organized, easy to follow also from someone who is not native in English. Programme and organization were absolutely perfect and really clear content. I really enjoyed all the exercises and also I’ve realized how the people are different in organization and preparation. From that training you can see that the trainer is a person who has a lot of experience and it was a real pleasure listening to her and also the way she was delivering the training was really easy and simple. First course with Professional Development. Really appreciate for what you did and I will recommend this course at who is interested to be a trainer. I was really impressed by the trainer, especially her organization online was very successful as I was involved from the first moment until the end of the course. I really enjoyed all 4 days.

I enjoyed being part of the course and it was not as daunting as I had imagined. The trainer was enthusiastic and knowledgeable in her delivery of the material. Her skill was ensuring total participation by the attendees without it being forced. Discussions by the group were good ; all were willing to participate and share experiences. It got you to focus on your desire to be a better trainer in your work life. [Live virtual] is a different environment to the classroom and a few more breakout session to explore the material for better intake by the participants of the material. Customer service was good, very easy to get on this course and excellent follow up from the training consultant

Overall impression was great - the name, I believe, states this clearly. Professional! There is a lot of information covered during the course. I found it to be relevant and applicable in my workplace. The trainer is friendly, confident and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot via what my colleagues had shared from their experiences. The group exercise from the 1st day was also pretty effective in terms of teamwork and brainstorming. The trainer’s knowledge and experience as well as the continuous interaction during the course were great. Although there was a lot of information, it was well structured throughout the days. Best possible delivery given the circumstances. It was my 2nd time using [virtual training] and I am delighted with the options available.

The trainer was fantastic. Very professional and very approachable. Always looking to help us all, he would offer to stay back at breaks or after the class was over. Very committed to the role and in helping us learn. He was great at encouraging us to take every opportunity to go to the front of the class and present to the class. The group work was great. Great way to interact and get everyone involved. It was great delivering the presentations on the last day even though I know we were all nervous. I would certainly recommend the course to other people as a result of my learning experience.
